For prime and super-prime properties, Patricia also works with homes that have remained on the market despite their conventional positioning- identifying and addressing the less visible qualities of a property that may be affecting its experience, appeal and readiness for transition.
The objective is to help a property feel right, live well and, where appropriate, move forward.
